 Coaching & Wellbeing Practitioner
Performance, Coaching & Wellbeing

Professional Development Coaching
A coach is someone “who will hold up a mirror for you to see your own thinking process” and help you achieve your potential. It is about creating mobility and achieving your goals. I work on the premise that people have the solutions to their own problems, but they sometimes need help and encouragement to see those solutions. I do not give advice or provide answers. Typically, a coaching session will be one and a half to two hours in length and is most effective if there are four to six sessions over six months. Sessions are held online
Performance skills coaching will help you with a specific problem or need. I can help you with presentations and public speaking. We explore habits and build confidence, presence & impact through your voice and body language.

Wellbeing Practitioner
A well-being practitioner is a professional who works to optimise both individual health of performers and staff by embedding supportive, resilient practices into daily work and training environments and rehearsal rooms.
  • Resilience: Teaching practical, real-time tools such as nervous system regulation  and stress management, to help individuals remain within their "window of tolerance" in high-pressure environments.
  •  Integration: Partnering with organisations to embed well-being protocols directly into workflows, rehearsals, and educational structures. This includes implementing practices like check-in/check-out rituals, setting clear professional boundaries, and creating "psychologically safe" spaces for creative risk-taking.
  • Holistic Support: Focusing on the "mind, body, and spirit" of creative professionals.
I work with a huge range of individuals across all sectors, most typically in their own workplace. To protect their anonymity, they are not named here.

 Training Courses and Workshops
I develop and create courses that suit the needs of your business or organisation. This means understanding the environment and culture of both management and staff. The training courses and workshops I facilitate are informed by my practice and experience working in theatre & live events, education and in the business sector, underpinned by sound psychodynamic and social theory. You learn through doing, having fun, and sharing best practices. I work with groups of up to 12 and can deliver short half-day courses to full development programmes over 6- 12 months.

These are some of the courses I offer:
  • Intergenerational Communication Skills
