Mental health problems are increasingly common among the general population. Every year one in four of us will experience mental health problem, in the arts it is one in three. And yet it still continues to be something that we avoid talking about or admitting to ourselves. It is time for this to change for good. I work with individuals, students and companies to support mental health and well being. My background as a counsellor, coach and first aider, means I can support you by offering workshops in; mental health awareness, managing stress and anxiety, 1-1 sessions, coaching and mentoring.

#time4change Mental Health Charter

Time4change was started in 2016 by Annemarie Lewis Thomas and Angie Peake at The MTA to start a conversation about mental health in the performing arts. We are now a movement! We intend using the collective potency of educational and training institutions, theatres, producers and agencies to make the performing arts inclusive for all, reduce morbidity, promote mental health and well being and remove the pervasive, culturally constructed stigma that surrounds issues of mental health. Mental Health First Aid

I want organisations to commit to having equal numbers of Mental First Aiders and Physical First Aiders to support their staff.
